Not Professionally Recorded
These classes are far from professional with dogs barking and my wife walking by with her shopping bags, not to mention as soon as I click the record button my mind goes blank of every yoga pose I know, but we all can't have a nice quiet yoga studio in our home. I was just hoping to get some classes out for my current students because everyone needs something to distract them during these times, and it might as well be something healthy.
Lunch Classes
These are just unedited lunch classes because I can't figure out how to edit them with the new software in Windows 11. Props to have handy: Strap or Belt, Blanket & Mat.
Evening Classes
These are just unedited evening classes because I still can't figure out how to edit them with the new software in Windows 11 and I don't feel like being agrivated. I have started chair classes because one person just had a knee replacement and is not allowed to be on their knees. Props to have handy: Chair, Strap or Belt, Blanket & Mat.
Tao Sunday Classes
Tao Sunday classes are special classes where the teachers and students want to keep the memory of Tao Porchon-Lynch alive. Tao taught until she was 102 years old and is a beutiful soul. Renee Diamond a student of Tao and a wonderful teacher whom I took teacher training from invites me to teach from time to time.
